Senior Salesforce Developer

A senior Salesforce developer role across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud, with real ownership of release planning and mentoring.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce applications across multiple Salesforce clouds
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders on requirements
• Build and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs
• Optimize queries and performance, and implement secure solutions
• Own release planning, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
• Maintain testing frameworks and mentor junior developers

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura Components
• Experience with SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and bulkification
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with a Salesforce CI/CD toolchain (Git plus Jenkins/GitLab CI, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or Azure DevOps)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

• Healthcare integration experience (HL7/FHIR)
• Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Administrator certification
• Large-scale enterprise implementation experience
