A lead role architecting and delivering production-grade agentic AI solutions for an enterprise environment, guiding development teams and setting technical direction.

Key job responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver production-grade agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
  • Build multi-agent systems and ensure scalable, reliable deployment
  • Guide development teams and lead technical initiatives
  • Communicate directly with stakeholders on technical strategy and tradeoffs
  • Work on enterprise data integration for AI application deployment

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a lead AI/software engineering capacity
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML specifically
  • 1+ years of experience building agentic AI solutions
  • Strong expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LLMs, and prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with an enterprise AI platform (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Gemini Enterprise)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Databricks
  • MLOps/LLMOps experience
  • Experience with enterprise AI governance, security, and observability
