Description

This is a vendor requirement UpWia is sourcing candidates for, not an in-house UpWia role. Client and engagement specifics are shared directly with matched candidates during the process; only the role requirements are listed here.

A full stack role building backend microservices in Java and Spring Boot, with Angular integration work on the frontend side.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot
  • Develop microservices and RESTful APIs
  • Build backend components and integrate Angular applications with backend services
  • Participate in requirements analysis through production support
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and support CI/CD initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 17+
  • Recent hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL/relational databases
  • Working knowledge of Git

Preferred Qualifications

  • Angular experience is highly preferred
